The first system formed inside a fetus is the nervous system; from that day forward the nervous system controls and coordinates all functions and cells in the body. As the nervous system goes up or down in function so does your health. The nervous system has a tone and over a time frame as the nervous system goes up or down in tone this ultimately affects your health. Afferent neurons are sensory neurons that carry nerve impulses from sensory stimuli towards the central nervous system and the brain, while efferent neurons are motor neurons that carry neural impulses away from the central nervous system and towards muscles to cause movement. Neurons require food and nutrients to enable them to remain healthy and work optimally, but if there is permanent neuron degeneration the brain can be remapped to help it get to a higher level of function and it will rewire the neurons through consistent and repetitive care.
